( ) Required ( ) Not Required Our Policiesü The Dealer's first order has to a
minimum order of three bags ( we recommend two large and one small ). ü Payment Methods: The first order must be paid
with a MasterCard or Visa credit card. ü Future order payments methods are negotiable. A ten or thirty day open account is usually offered after a stable relationship has been
established. I do not and will not ship C.O.D.. ü A 10% restocking fee will be charged on any
refused orders, then all future orders will be shipped on a prepaid basis only. Return Policies ü First (original) order may be returned
after 90 days for full refund ( less
freight charges ). All returns must
have an authorization number. ü Other stock returns may be allowed within
10 days of original shipment subject to approval and a 10% restocking fee, plus
specified freight charges.
Warranty Policies ü Lazy Rider's products carry a one year
warranty for defects due to bad workmanship.
Abused products will no be covered by this warranty. Customer may be required to show proof of
purchase. It shall be the option of
Lazy Rider to repair, replace or credit any approved warranted product. ü No reimbursement claims for labor, future
processing costs, handling, administrative costs or service failures will be
