Mall and/or Building Lease Options

I will not lease or rent to any person who's web site contains porno material, uses obscene lanuage or is linked to other sites that contain porno material.  Nor will I lease to sites that sale or promote the use of drugs through retailing of drug related paraphanalia.  If in doubt then please ask before we go into the details of the lease contract.  "Rule of thumb".  If my grandchildren, ages 3 - 13 yrs shouldn't be looking at your site then there won't be a link to it from my site.

The general links are alpha links only and are located in the "My Links" bldg. on the Biker Village Main Street.  These links are for the general public that have there own personal homepages or other types of non-commercial web sites.  I will be happy to trade links with anyone who has their own web site as long as it is done in good taste and does not contain porno pictures or promote the use of drugs or drug related material. 

Option 1:  Basic Tenancy

For tenants with an existing web site listed on a server! This option consist of having your business name place on the floor location of your choice within the Biker Village Mall which is linked directly to your web site. 

There are two ways you can get your web site listed in my Mall.  First, if you have a link page on your commercial web site and wish to trade links then I will be happy to swap links with you. That is good business for both of us.  

Second, if you have a business web site that does not have or contain links to other businesses then there is a $15.00 per month charge to place your site's link (Store Front Link) in my Mall.

If you want your business to be listed in the Top Five Favorite Shops at the top of the page then the cost is $10.00 more a month for a total of $25.00 per month... no one can guarantee that the site visitors will visit your site, but the odds are much greater with your site's presents being in the Top Five Favorites at the top of the page.

The payment for this link is to be paid on an semi or annual basis.  If payment is made on an annual basis then you get one month free rent.

For people who wish to have a web site built for their business then the following Options are for you:  The following Options 2, 3, & 4 are costs involved in the development of a web site and then the cost of putting your site on the internet. Like everything else. the bigger the web site the more it cost.  The following three types (sizes) of web sites are the most common, but we will be happy to discuss a more elaborate web site if you wish. Just ask!

Option 2:  Budget Tenancy

Site Development and Server Cost

This option includes development of a single web page, with graphics or photo, email Link, and directory listing in one of the Biker Village Mall's main areas.

Rate: The Lubbock Internet's  site development fee is approx. $150.00. (Terms and fees are set by Lubbock Internet.)

Server Fee:  Approx $15.00 per month server hosting fee set by Lubbock Internet. ( A server hosting few is a fee for furnishing the space and maintaining you website on the internet.)

 Lazy Rider Lease and Site Placement Cost

The Mall listing lease lease rate for the Full Store Front banners is $15.00 per month.  ( You are paying to list your site on another web site that has already established an internet present and has a customer base between 300 and 1000 biker visitors a day. It could takes you years, lots of hard work and money to establish this type of customer base.

If you want your business to be listed in the Top Five Favorite Shops at the top of the page then the cost is $10.00 more a month or a total of $25.00 per month. ( All visitors to the page where you are list will be certain to see you site name ... no one can guarantee that they will visit your site, but the odds are much greater with your presents being in the Top Five Favorite Shops.

The payment for this link is to be paid on an semi or annual basis.  If payment is made on an annual basis then you get one month free rent.

Option 3: Umbrella Tenancy

Site Development and Server Cost

This option includes Development of 3 to 4 page web site, complete with graphics, domain name, photos, email response forms, and visit counter.

Rate: The Lubbock Internet's site development fee will be approx. $499.00. (Terms established by Lubbock Internet).  There will be an approx. $15.00 monthly server hosting fee.  

Lazy Rider Lease and Site Placement Cost

The lease rate for the Full Store Business Name in the Mall is $15.00 per month. 

If you want your business to be listed in the Top Five Favorite Shops at the top of the page then the cost is $10.00 more a month or a total of $25.00 per month.

The payment for this link is to be paid on an semi or annual basis.  If payment is made on an annual basis then you get one month free rent.

Option 4:  Premium Tenancy

Site Development and Server Cost

This option includes development of a 6 page web site, complete with graphics, domain name, email, links, photos, and a visit counter.

Rate:  The Lubbock Internet's site development fee will be approx. $700 and a $10.00 per month server hosting fee.

Lazy Rider's Biker Village Lease Rate: The lease rate for the Full Store Business Name Link is $15.00 per month. 

If you want your business to be listed in the Top Five Favorite Shops at the top of the page then the cost is $10.00 more a month or a total of $25.00 per month.

The payment for this link is to be paid on an semi or annual basis.  If payment is made on an annual basis then you get one month free rent.

Option 5:  Deluxe Tenancy

Lazy Rider Lease and Site Placement Cost

For businesses with an existing website and that want to lease an entire building on the Biker Village Main Street. There is a one time charge of $50.00 for putting up a store front sign on the building of choice. Your web site will be linked directly from the sign to your business website. The web site must be of good taste, quality and sell products that will be of interest to most Bikers. 

Lazy Rider retains the right to examine the Leasor's web site  and determine if the site qualifies. All decisions by Lazy Rider are final.

Rate: Lease rate is $100.00 / month. The lease is for one year and can be paid on an annual or semi annual basis. (There is a one month free lease when lease is paid on annual basis.) Business site can be registered with most of the major search engines pointing to the Biker Village.
